As I was checking my company’s system an unexpected error occurred saying that it “Failed to retrieve connection information. Try to login again.” Can anyone help me with this?

I really need to access the database for me to produce some query needed by the company as soon as possible. TIA.

Database Manager There was an error connecting to the server

There are lots and lots of reasons that it might happen.

But assuming that your network is working properly, I suggest you contact the company server admin and inform that for some reasons you were disconnected from the server and can't re-login and that there have been no issues with your system that might result in this sort of error.

This sort of stuff happens due to sudden policies changed by admin for testing or better security.
