D1560 can’t refill the cartridges

when my HP D1560 printer is refilled it always gives me an error message saying that "No cartridge is found".

I can't print. Please help me on this

D1560 can’t refill the cartridges

Maybe after your printer’s cartridge got refilled it was not properly connected when the cartridge was re-attached to the printer. Check the cartridge if it is properly attached inside the printer. You may also check the cartridge’s connector on its side if it is clean. Wipe it with a clean cloth to be sure that no dust or dirt is preventing it from being detected by the printer. Wipe also the printer’s connector, the part in the cartridge bay that makes in contact with the cartridge ink’s side.

If all seems properly connected and the printer still can not detect the installed cartridge, you might want to contact a service technician for your printer. It is possible that the printer has internal problem that’s why no cartridge was detected.
