CyberPower Intelligent LCD UPS Problems?

I just ordered a CyberPower UPS for back up on my main computer system.  The machine keeps going in and out of batter mode when I have it turned on. When I tried to call customer service they said it was the quality of my electricity? Is this a problem when using a UPS? Or is this a problem that others might have had with this one?

I worked also as a technical support. I am not saying that their technical support is telling you lies. Maybe we just need to provide them more information so that they can identify if this is cause by your electrical wirings or it existed on their product before you bought it.

Check UPS in a different known good power outlet. For sure in a household there’s always at least one. If it does work with another outlet then check your power outlets and check if there’s any way that we can fix it. Ask also local electrician to help you to avoid electric shock or other electrical complications. If this UPS will not work in all of your power outlets, then ask the retail store to run some diagnostic tests and ask for replacement if necessary.
