Creating a very simple workplan template

Hi guys,

I am currently in charge of a team of developers for an IT project, I have been thinking about developing a work plan on PowerPoint that I can distribute electronically to all members of my team. What I need is a very simple work plan template for PowerPoint or guidelines on how I can come up with a good work plan using PowerPoint.

Anyone who can help me on this please reply to this post.
