There are many web and cloud-based slide presentation software you could use. I would suggest Prezi, which allows users many display and navigation options for their presentation. You would have to sign up to use the program, but it's easy:
1. Go to the Prezi and choose either paid or unpaid licenses to suit your needs.
2. Key in the required personal information, including a password.
3. Start creating presentations.
