To create a transparent background in computer color 256bmp
Dominador Aquino,
The procedure is rather easy, but I am not sure what you are trying to save, and which program you are using to create the background. Is it Photoshop or you are trying to use paint.
However, there are some pointers to do this using paint.
Select Colors > edit colors > define custom colors > change red to 255, green to 0, and blue to 255 > OK.
Now fill area with this transparent color.
If there is some picture, and you do not have Photoshop, you can use a free opensource GIMP editor from.
Also download the help file.

To create a transparent background in computer color 256bmp
Hi,
Generally files with .BMP extension do not support transparency. So, you have to convert or save the file in .PNG format. In Photoshop, Anti-Aliasing causes the problem. So, you have to load the file in Photoshop. Then select Polygonal Lasso Tool (L). Create a new layer by selecting Edit/Copy (Ctrl+C), then Edit/Paste (Ctrl+V).
By clicking on the "eye" button of the background layer, delete the original background. Fill with the transparent color with bucket tool.
Here you go. Now you have an image with transparent color.
