When I want to open specified files by using the office software, I receive the following error message:
"This feature is supported only in Internet Explorer 6 or higher. Please access Zoho CRM using Internet Explorer and try creating mail merge documents again"

The reason of this message is that you may be trying to use Zoho CRM in a web browser other than internet explorer 6 or above.
