Could not support files using office software

Hello everyone.
When I want to open specified files by using the office software, I receive the following error message:

"This feature is supported only in Internet Explorer 6 or higher. Please access Zoho CRM using Internet Explorer and try creating mail merge documents again"

Need a solution. Thanks.

Could not support files using office software

Dear Elisej

According to the error message you supplied "This feature is supported only in Internet Explorer 6 or higher. Please access Zoho CRM using Internet Explorer and try creating mail merge documents again". The reason of this message is that you may be trying to use Zoho CRM in a web browser other than internet explorer 6 or above. The solution is to access Zoho CRM using internet explorer and try to create mail merge documents again. This is according to Zoho CRM plug in for Microsoft office error messages.
