Correct connection of mobile to PC

I cannot see the files on my phone whenever I connect it to my PC.

I already installed the Samsung installer on my PC but I still can't view the files on removable disk in My Computer.

It say's,

Please insert.

What should I do?

Correct connection of mobile to PC

At first you connect the data cable with the PC and on your phone.

When PC connection is complete then your phone asked you on which you want. You gave 3 option:

1.Samsung Kies

2.Samsung webcam

3.Mass storage

Then you select mass storage then you can see your phone on the pc.

Correct connection of mobile to PC

Hi there , 

It seems you are having trouble  connecting your Samsung mobile with your PC.

Whenever the mobile prompts for an option always select Mass storage and wait until the PC detects the Mass storage.

If you are using an old Samsung mobile then do a software update to fix all known bugs of Samsung mobiles.

I recommend using a Memory card reader . They are as cheap as potato chips. Just grab one and connect your Micro Sd memory card with it and that's the best method. But try connecting via phone . 

If nothing solved then contact your Samsung Customer service center.
