Hi there,

This is the error that I have when I want to install AutoCAD 2014 on client and I don’t know how to repair this. I didn’t find the .tmp file to copy it manually and the installer is downloaded from an official website and it should work. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ?

\OdysseyautocadImg*.exe

To C:Users***AppDataLocalTemp_AI3DB4.tmp

Hello,

There are many causes that such operation might malfunction. In order to fix this issue, check the followings during the copying process.

1. Disable you antivirus or firewall program.

2. Make Internet Explorer of your default browser. If possible, update your Internet Explorer to the latest version. Download IE.

3. Run the process with administrative privilege. Right-click on the application, select “Run as administrator”.

4. If no luck, make a silent installation.

Now, your problem should disappear.
