This error occurs due to Network issues or the app needs to be refreshed to update the information stored. Follow these steps to repair the error:
- Shut down your device and restart it after some time.
- If you have an IOS device, reset your network settings by these steps:
- Open ‘Settings.’ In the left pane select ‘General.’
- Then click ‘Reset.’ In the list click on ‘Reset Network Settings.’
- The IOS device restarts after reset. Then go to settings and select ‘Wifi.’
- Choose the network and enter the password and connect.
- Now try running the Netflix app again.
- Reinstall and reset the account settings of Netflix app again.
- Run your app on a different network.
