Configuration Error Occurred with VPN Connection

When turning on the VPN in my iPhone 4S, I got an error with the configuration of VPN. When clicking on the OK button, it will normally reboot. But mine is not rebooting but showed the same error instead. The error just keeps on showing simultaneously. Is this an error of a wrong configuration on my iPhone? Please help me.

Hi,

you can solve this problem by follow these steps given below:-

 

“error establishing a database connection” message by going to Settings > General > Network > VPN > ON.

 Now try again and you will not receive this message. I hope this will help you.

Hello Marcus,

These are some tips to fix the issue you are experiencing

1. Try a manual reboot.

2. Turn off the passcode if you are performing jailbreak on your apple device.

3. Turn off the VPN if it is enabled to have a successful jailbreak.

If you get an internal error, just reverse the method on tip #3. Go to your settings and enable the VPN.

Note: please backup your files when performing any changes.
