Hi friends,

I have recently installed Adobe Acrobat x pro PDF converter on my system.

It was installed successfully but when I try to launch it, I get the following error on my screen:

The error reads as:

A problem has occurred with the licensing of this produce. Restart your

Computer and re-launch the product.

If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Support for

further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this

Screen.

Error: 213:8

I don’t know what this error code 213:8 means. If anyone of you may please shed some light on the issue how to solve it, I'll be obliged.

Looking forward to your replies

Kindest regards,

Tom

Hi,

You can actually do one thing. Try to restart your system and run the system in safe mode and try launching the acrobat. If you still face the problem try to uninstall the tool from your system. Then try to see whether you are able to install the tool again. Then most probably you may not face the problem. If you still face the problem then you need to really report to adobe on the same or you can also try installing the latest version of the tool. Please let me know if you need any more help on the same. I will be glad enough to help you out with these.

Regards,

Samuel

Hi Aabel,

This problem is caused by some sort of corruption is the program, the best way to fix it is to either use The program installer to do a Repair and then try again or to un-install and re-install the program and then try again. If neither of the above work then you should contact Adobe Directly

Hopefully this will fix your issue, Good luck!
