Hi, everyone. I encountered this problem in adobe acrobat when converting a file. The error message says “The document has been saved, however, it could not be converted according to the select standard profile: convert to PDF/A. please use prefight with the profile “Convert to PDA/A” in order to identify those properties of the document which prevent it from being compliant to this profile.” You can see it also in the screenshot below. Please help me fix this.

Dear Skarbos,

You told you have problems in Adobe acrobat reader. Please follow the instruction to solve your problems.

Uninstall the acrobat reader from your computer.

Delete all directory files of acrobat reader folder in program file of Local disk C.

Restart your computer.

Then re-install the Adobe Acrobat reader software.

I hope your problem will be finished.

If still problem occurs, then download the latest version of Acrobat reader software.

Then Install it into your computer

But after doing all the steps if again you face same problem then follow the instruction:

Open acrobat reader pro; open the PDF, select advanced then Preglichg. Now the Acrobat reader software will properly I think.

You can also download latest version of Acrobat reader software for better service. Acrobat reader software is free software which is found in full version free.

So if all the tricks failed then download & install the latest Acrobat reader software.
