Computer speed and effective performance

My computer is old and has been running with a lot of noise. I have been trying to run computer games on my PC, but every time I start, the computers hang. What features on my computer could be causing this problem?

Computer speed and effective performance

Hi,

If the computer has been running with a lot of noise, that most likely is caused by your CPU fan, auxiliary fan and case fans. Your computer tower may have already accumulated a lot of dust inside impeding air flow. Computer games, especially those with good graphic images, tend to be very demanding in terms of resources and processing power. This will cause your CPU to heat up. 

When the CPU heats up, the fan will have to spin faster to take the heat out. If heat is not effectively moved in the computer tower, the CPU, and the rest of the computer, will tend to be slow and the system will hang. Try cleaning up your computer tower.

Dear Peternjogu,

Your computer make a lot of noise it may cause your hardware problems. When your fan starts it creates noise to avoid this type of problem just open the cover of CPU and clean it. After cleaning if not ok then setup your PC. Computer hung can be cause your operating system or software. So please install your operating system and enjoy games without hung.
