As we all know, applications and software are made using programming languages. My question is how can we create a programming language? What was the first language in the world of computing?

You have taken up a Very interesting question.

The fact is that the world has created programming. All of it lies in the binary coding. The first language was described by the binary which identified or learnt the assembly languages. Then the high level languages identified the assembly level language for the building of programming. Today any new programming language is itself created from another high level programming language. All I mean that the binary languages were trained to work for a particular set of preliminary instructions. These preliminary instructions are then called for more composite instructions. And as such the huge programming concept evolved. Thanks.
