I have run an anti-spyware but the pop-up still appears saying that my system is being attacked by a spyware. But why does it seem that I need more anti-spyware on my system now than before? Can anyone send me some ideas?

These are some of the possibilities:

First, it's likely that the anti spyware software that you're using is in itself a spyware (a rogue anti spyware program) that's why it is unable to clean any infections. Your system may not at all be infected, but that anti spyware software may be giving you false positives and may ask you to pay to have the infections removed.

Second, it's likely that the infection has already spread too much that your anti spyware software is unable to handle it. You can just try and get a better anti spyware software, or just start backing up your files and reinstall Windows afterwards.

If you are already using an anti spyware software and still get these messages, then you have to suspect that the software being a fake. Many such products are specially made to give you the impression that your system has been attacked and they prove their efficiency by warning you.

As an alternative, also consider the possibility of a serious infection, which has made your anti spyware useless. Maybe it is also outdated and cannot face new threats.

Think about upgrading it or trying something new.
