Compromised device in our server

Please help me in wiping a compromised device in our server. I am only given the block or delete option when I do this. I have an Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP2 server and the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Mobile Administration Web Tool has been installed.

Compromised device in our server

Since you want to wipe the file completely from your computer, I will suggest that you use the delete option instead of blocking the device. Blocking will make the device un-executable but it will still be residing on  your computer. If the program that you want to remove was installed, then you can find it in the control panel of your computer and remove it from there as follows:

• Click start on your computer.
• And then click on Control Panel.
• In the control panel window, locate programs and features and click on it.
• Next click on Add/Remove programs.
• On the list of programs, locate the program that you want to delete and remove it.
