Compiled larger preview plugins for Gimp-2.7.5

Hello,

I compiled larger preview plug-ins for GIMP 2.7.5 and this error appeared on my desktop and close the program after I click OK. I had to reinstall GIMP to use it again without any plug-ins installed. Does anyone have some free time to help me ? How can I install plug-ins without errors ?

The German message in the dialog box “Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "g_get_tmp_dir_utf8" wurde in der DLL "libglib-2.0-0.dll" nicht gefunden” translates in English as “The procedure “g_get_tmp_dir_utf8” was not found in the DLL “libglib-2.0-0.dll”” which brings the possibility that the program is not compatible with your operating system. Since you are using an old version, you probably want to update to the latest version.

Download and install GIMP 2.8.14. It requires Windows XP Service Pack 2 x64, Windows XP Service Pack 3 x86, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1 as well as Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, and Windows Server 2012 R2. It doesn’t work on Windows RT and any version that came before Windows XP.

If you still encounter an error after installing this version, try running the program as administrator. Right-click GIMP then select “Run as” and then Administrator. See if this will work.
