You are looking for code for Menu slide up and down to your web page. Here is some instruction for getting this opportunity and embedded into your webpage. Menu slide down and up are generally working with using JQuery and CSS3. Like this picture.

Using the code you will able to slide out item of the menu.

You need to use an unordered list with item associated main link and div content for submenu.
