I have visual studio 2005 installed on my pc, how can I install the mobile application development platform on my pc since I cant find it in my visual studio?

The mobile application development tool is not installed with visual studio 2005.
First You need to uninstall visual studio 2005 and install visual studio 2008. In that platform you can create a mobile application.
After the installation you also need to install the SDK's and Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1.
This will install the Windows Mobile Developer Center.
