It is very easy to use an image to create a link.
You should just follow some steps after follow these steps I think you can do perfectly your work.
Find the code file attached:
Here I used pulpit.jpg you can use here any of your choice but mind it HTML file and your image must be staying in the same folder.
You should write the exact name of the image in your HTMLÂ code. For more help just go to this link
