Our CISCO router is experiencing problems after a recent power outage we had. We cannot find our LAN. I know CISCO routers are known to be really good, but I don't know what happened. Has our router malfunctioned? Is it repairable? Can this be an issue with the configuration that we cannot find our LAN? Please help.

You may either call the provider to check if it is malfunctioning or damaged because of power outage experienced or you may personally reset the router. You could do the resetting to its factory settings and reconfigure it to your own settings. It is common that routers have a tiny hole where you could insert a pin and push it for a little while and it will restart.
