The Catalyst Control Center is not supported
It is obviously the problem of your graphics driver.
Your graphics driver is backdated so it doesn’t support the “Control Panel” utility. So you will have to download the latest driver.
Go to the download page. Browse the category of your graphics card and download the latest driver.
Then, re-start your PC. The error will no more give you panic.
