Hi H8_zeus,

AutoCAD 2012 requires a .Net Framework to be installed so installing .Net Framework 4.0 manually can help you with that problem. Install it manually using your Windows DVD as some .Net Framework is different from the one that can be downloaded from Microsoft website. If you already have .Net Framework installed, remove that one first and install the latest .Net Framework that also provided by Windows Update. Running in administrative rights your AutoCAD also is also needed. If your Firewall is on, make sure you turn it off first to before installing AutoCAD to prevent AutoCAD from being block by the system. Another thing is that before running the installer, make sure to disable your Anti-Virus to prevent installation failure as some Anti-virus protection shield blocks unknown programs even if it is licensed. Hope this could help.
