Cannot update my Xbox live

Hi, I was trying to update my Xbox live yesterday in my windows OS. But the download was getting aborted with an error code of 3151. I tried a few times with the troubleshooting but I didn’t get any success. How to fix this problem. Please let me know quickly. Thanks.

Cannot update my Xbox live

Hi,

This was caused by an error in the update of Xbox. Follow the steps below:

1. If there is a disc in your Xbox, kindly remove it first but do not close the disc tray just yet.

2. Remove all cables including the power cord. Then put it back again.

3. Before switching on the console, close the disc tray.

4. Once the disc tray is closed, you can turn on the console and everything should be back to normal.
