Cannot send and receive email.

I've checked all the settings including email account settings, port settings and even internet connection to make sure its set according to its correct configuration. Why can't I send & receive emails through my Microsoft Outlook?

Cannot send and receive email.

It would be nice if you post the error message you're getting when you check your email messages in Microsoft Outlook.

An error message like 0x80070057, 0x800CCC0D, 0E, 0F, 19 , 0x800CCC78, 0x800CCC79, 0x800CCC92, 0x800CCC131, 0x800420C8, 0x800C0133.

In this way, we can identify what's the cause why you can't send or receive email messages. Because all these error code has way to fix by just simple check settings on email program. Otherwise, the Microsoft Outlook software itself is causing it.

Did you click on send/receive button to check for new incoming messages?
