I am used to seeing the wireless networks icon on my taskbar right beside the volume icon. Today, however, somehow the icon was not there. It has just disappeared. I do not know how to bring it back. Can you help?

There are several icons that are on display on the taskbar of your Windows computer. The bottom right corner of the screen usually houses all the system icons like the sound, battery, backup, and active application icons. This is also the place where you generally see the wireless networks icon.

If you cannot find the icon there, click on the arrow that opens up other hidden icons. If you are able to see the networks icon there, just drag it to the taskbar. If you cannot find it even there, right-click on the taskbar and select icons. Check the box alongside the network icon.
