Hi,

I downloaded and installed GTA 4 on my Win Vista OS but it gives me an error when try to run this game. The error says ‘Out of video memory’. I also checked the video driver and DirectX and working perfectly but the same error exists. What could be the reason of this annoying error message? Can I get resolution to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hello EarlLShryock,

Good Day!

You need to run in compatibility mode for Windows Vista because the game isn’t compatible to your OS. Please follow this process:

· Right click the GTA 4 shortcut.

· Go to Properties, click compatibility

To run compatibility mode, you need to go to the drop-down box.

· Please put check in the small box and choose Windows Vista.

If you are done please try to run the game. If the game is still not loading please check your graphics card settings so that you will know if it is too high.
