I need to know how to open a docx file. I downloaded File opener pro, but it doesn't work for me

You don’t need File Opener Pro to open your docx file. All you need is an updated Microsoft Office Word program. Microsoft Office Word 2007 and higher versions are more than capable to open docx files. Once opening them, click save as and change the format of the file from docx to Word 97-2003 so that you won’t encounter the problem again.

               You don’t need to install any add on software to open DOCX file. Here are your options:
- You can have OpenOffice Writer, this can open DOCX for free.

If you have an earlier version of Microsoft Office you can download Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack. This will open, edit, and save DOCX files from your older MS Word.
