Cannot initiate the game from the software because of a device error

I endeavored to set off the game from a computer that is not powered by Windows Vista or Windows 7 computer and unfortunately an error occurred. 

 

You can’t launch the game from this software or device

Please check this you fulfill all of these requirements;

Windows Vista or later

Compatible 32-bit (not 64-bit) Web Browser

 An active PC soldier

 

I cannot start the game with the software or device I am using. What are the possible solutions will I undertake to solve my problem. Maybe I am using 64-bit Web Browser which is not required and I think this is the culprit.

I don’t have any knowledge about this. Kindly please help me solve these guys!

Hi Coleen, you are correct. It seems that the game you are trying to download and install is not compatible with your operating system at all. The best resolution for you is to search for that same game application but do include the OS of your computer like "free game download for Windows xp or Mac".

Hi Colleen,

Based on the picture, I figured that you are trying to install Battlefield 3 into your computer. It is indicated that you need to run a 32-bit compatible web browser. Just to be safe, you can just open Internet Explorer 32bit version. Just go to C:Program Files (x86)Internet Explorer then select iexplore.exe inside that folder. You can create a shortcut for that file. Try revisit that address using the 32bit browser. You should not have any problems anymore regarding with that error message.
