Cannot download the update File

Hi experts

I am not able to download the update. To check the connection, I run System Settings as well as choose the Network Settings,

Also check Xbox LIVE Connection. Need your help to solve this error.

Hi

The problem you have raised is due to either browser problem or system problem. If it is due to browser problem, then you should uninstall the program from your computer. I would recommend you to use Mozilla Firefox or Opera browser. Just simply install the program.

Another reason may be due to the firewall set up. Go the settings and check there if it does allow accessing the website. Sometimes system recovery can fix the problem. After doing all of this if the problem is not fixed then you should contact with the local service provider.

Cannot download the update File

Hi there user:

One cause why you can’t download the update is because there’s a problem within the site. This is the site where you get the access in able to get update, or maybe this is a case of incompatibility of the applications.

Also you need to check your Internet Explorer options. You maybe opted (accidentally or purposely) once to block downloads from a non-Microsoft market that’s why the site can’t provide you an update. Set the options to default and restart you computer and internet connection (router). It should be fine right after.
