I just receive this laptop as a gift from one of my closest friends. Please give me answers in the following questions, explain and provide alternative solutions. Why the HDD is not connecting with the laptop?The HDD drive how is it created and what are the main cores in developing this hardware? Please extract the information about the  laptop USB port, what are the specifications and dimensions, give me more detailed information for the chassis. Give one solution and at least 2 alternative answer for the problems.Â
