Can someone help me resolve this situation? Everything that appears on the screen is magnified and it is making the task of accessing the controls at the bottom of the screen inaccessible.  How can I set it back to the normal size? Thanks for all the help.

Big fonts on your screen imply that you have not installed the video graphics a adapter drivers, or if you had installed them then they could have been tampered with. I will therefore suggest the following workaround for you:

  • On your computer click on start, and then locate My Computer.
  • Right click on it and then click on properties.
  • In the window that will open click on device manager.
  • In the device manager window, locate the VGA adapter drivers and right click on them.
  • And then update the drivers online; you will need to make sure that your computer has internet access for that process to go on successfully.
