Cannot access AndroidForum using TapaTalk

I have been using Tapatalk on my Android running 4.1.2, since some weeks but since the last two days, I am not able to access Android Forums through it. I am using its full version and when I try to get into AndroidForums, Tapatalk hangs with the message "connecting to server…". Please can an expert tell me how to troubleshoot this problem?

Cannot access AndroidForum using TapaTalk

Hello,

This looks like it is an issue with the internet connection of your device.

Be sure that your device is properly configured and able to use internet.

If everything is alright, maybe your internet volume is expired. Contact with your service provider for another package.

If no luck, you should try using Google Chrome. It is the best browser for all platform: PC to mobile.
