Can’t export projects over 45min long in Adobe Media Encoder

Hello,

I am using new MC6.01 and it’s very fast and simple to use. But the problem comes when I finish editing lengthy video projects. I have included the snap of that message. Normally I will export the output to DNxHD quicktimes because I feel that the reader is quicker than Adobe Media Encoder or Hand-brake then I will do final encoding

What does this error mean?

Exception: std: exception, what:Error c0000005 in Thread "CqTEExportWorkingThreadBody",ACCESS_VIOLATION, at address 000007FEEE64BFB9

My PC configuration is 3DBOXX 8400, Quadro FX570 (driver 275.89), Dual XEON 5420, 12GB ECC DDR2 FBD RAM, WACOM Antennas' 2, Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, Avid Media Composer 6.0

Hi there,

Several things could cause the error you're getting, but the most common problem is insufficient space on the hard drive. First of all, make sure you have more than enough space on your hard drive. Also, defragmenting it if it's somewhere around the limit would be a good thing to do.

If it's not a space problem, might be the corrupted media issue. Double check all the media you are using.

There is also an old, known bug that is still not fixed that might cause the error. There is still no patch to fix that, but quick workaround would be to change the exporting format.
