Hello Samuel

I recommend that you do the following. Verify that the computer has the correct time, date and timezone set.

Go to Apple menu, and choose System Preferences. In there, select Date & Time. Adjust everything, even the timezone, and enable the option "Set date and time automatically".

Also, from the Finder, in the Go menu, go to Utilities. Open the Keychain access and choose Preferences.Click on the Certificates tab and Choose off both under Online Certificate Status Protocol and Certificate Revocation List . Restart your MAC after all this is done.

Another solution is to currently disable any security software that you have installed. It may cause an issue on Itunes.

I hope you will find this information useful.
