Hello experts,

After updating iTunes on my MacBook Pro (OS 10.7.5) the iTunes store hasn't been loading properly. I am currently using iTunes 11.0.2, but it worked just as crappy with the previous version. I searched solution online but I could not find. I just want to remove this creepy error using your suggestion. I really need your help to resolve this matter.

Thanks in advance.

Problem with loading iTunes store

Hello Luis

I am aware of this issue, and after doing a little research, I've found out that Apple are aware of this issue too.

The idea with Itunes is that you can not access the features with the links in the footer. However, if you go to the Itunes store home page you will see that every feature can be easily accessed.

As a few solutions, I recommend you to do the following. Verify that the computer has the correct time, date and timezone set.

Go to Apple menu, and choose System Preferences. In there, select Date & Time. Adjust everything, even the timezone, and enable the option "Set date and time automatically".

Also, from the Finder, in the Go menu, go to Utilities. Open the Keychain access and choose Preferences.Click on the Certificates tab and Choose off both under Online Certificate Status Protocol and Certificate Revocation List. Restart your MAC after all this is done.

I hope you will find this information useful.
