I am making a Power Point presentation and I have to add a video, but I am having difficulty. It looks ok when I am in the editing version, but when I run the Power Point it doesn't come up timely and sometimes not at all. Is it possible the file is too big? If so, what can I do to correct it? Thank you.

Yet, it may be that you have not followed the correct procedure in entering a video into your power point presentation. So, try following these steps correctly,

Go to the slide that you want to embed the video(in normal view).

Click on the option called "Video" in the Insert tab, under the Media group.

Select the preferred video insert option such as from file, etc.

When the dialog box appears, select the video.

Click on Insert.
