Can I add more memory on my iPhone

Hi!



I have an iPhone 5s in which I store apps, music, videos, and contact details. The memory limit is slowly reaching its maximum capacity and I want to increase the memory capacity without buying a new phone. I am using a 16GB phone right now, is there any way to increase the capacity to 32GB?

Hello Mary,

No, You can not add any more memory to your iPhone. Only option you have left is to buy a new iPhone with more space ,32 GB or 64. But there are few thing you can try.

1. Your iCloud has 5GB of data free for your device and more you can get if required.

2. You can buy wireless card readers(media hubs), which can be connected to your device through Wi-Fi. 

All you have to do is to fill them with the data and install the app for the reader and you are ready to go.
