I am tired of solving errors in Windows 10. My network device was not working, and I ran the troubleshooter that gave me another error – 0x80131700. The troubleshooter is not working. Help me!

Can Anyone Help Me To Troubleshoot The 0x80131700 Error In Windows 10?

The 0x80131700 error occurs due to problems in the .NET framework. I can help you with that.

Method 1

a. Press Windows + R.
b. Type appwiz.cpl, and press enter.
c. Find the Microsoft .NET framework from the list of items.
d. Click on it.
e. Click on Change.
f. Choose Repair.
g. After the process completes, run the troubleshooter.

If Method 1 did not help follow the method below –

a. Press Windows + R.
b. Type services.msc, and press enter.
c. Find the following three services in the list – Diagnostic Policy Service, Diagnostic

Service Host, Diagnostic System Host.

d. The startup type of services are listed below –

i). Diagnostic Policy Service – Automatic.
ii). Diagnostic Service Host – Manual.
iii). Diagnostic System Host – Manual.

e. If you find that the services are not running or the startup type does not match, double-click on the service, start the service or change the startup type.
