Can Anybody Help Me To Resolve The 0xc00d1126 Xbox One Error?

I am unable to play movies on my Xbox Movies app. I encounter an error that says make sure you have an internet connection, and proxy or firewall is turned off. I meet all these criteria. I have tried log in to my Xbox live account after a log out multiple times. Can anybody help me to resolve the 0xc00d1126 Xbox one error?
