There are many graphs that you can plot using the Dia diagramming tool, but in this case I will take you through creating a bar chart, which is also known as a bar graph. It is simply a chart that has rectangular bars of lengths that are proportional to the magnitudes of what they represent. They are basically used for comparing two or more values. When working with DPlot bar charts you will find that they are simply a special case of XY plots.

To create one you will need to do the following:

• And then click  Open with file type D or choose Edit
