I have bought a new laptop and have saw the inbuilt Microsoft office. Can anyone tell me about the Microsoft Office Applications, so that it will be easy for me to operate the office?
Hi! I am using the office suite since 2000, and the Microsoft Office Applications are:-
(i) Microsoft Word – The main feature is to type long texts, letters, formal writings, and many more.
(ii) Microsoft Excel – It is a type of spreadsheet which has the facility to store data in tabular form. It has charts, graphs and many more.
(iii) Microsoft PowerPoint – It has features like to create presentation, by using graphics, voice and many more.
(iv) Microsoft outlook – It is used as an email application to connect with the network and has features like calendar and others.
