I must say a good suggestion has been given by solutionist. Well gamer, you must follow up system restore process. But, if you have got major OS files corruption; you may not get desired result by doing system restore. I personally recommend to repair Windows by your Windows bootable CD.
-
Boot up your machine by Windows bootable CD and until entering to OS menu.
-
When Windows Set Up menu comes press Enter.
-
Press F8 on the next screen.
-
Press Repair.
Wait until your Windows is fully repaired. Your PC will restart automatically. When your desktop comes after booting, you can surely think your Windows system has been fully repaired.

Thanks Solutionist. I have restored almost all of my system’s corrupted files. I selected a specific date and make that point as restore point. My system has been automatically repaired. But, I still think few of system files need to be repaired.  Let me try now what Prince has suggested. Hey Prince, thank you for your response.
