Skype Network Connection Problem issue

Hi,

I have a new Skype connection problem with my mobile phone. But I can’t detect it. Why? The following error occurred, when tried to connect to Skype after opening the WiFi:

No Network Connection Please check your network settings and try again But the strange thing is that, all the other applications which need to be connected to the internet are working after opening the WiFi.

Did any of you face this error? If yes, then tell me what he / she did to remove this error? And please give me the detailed steps to solve this issue. Thanks a lot guys. Nice to meet you all.

Skype Network Connection Problem issue

Hi,

Good day, first of all I want you to know that theres no error with your phone, the only problem is in the Skype network itself.

Skype network has mobile partners, their mobile partners has no difficulties during connecting time, and some WiFi capable phone has difficulties on accessing Skype network.

And for those WiFi capable phone that having difficulties on connecting Skype they are required to check the homepage of Skype via computer with internet.

When you're already at he Skype homepage, find the support homepage then click it, then select the phone type you have under Skype mobile. 

Then follow the instructions.

Now try connect, 

There you have it.
