It has been reported that the most secured mobile OS is BlackBerry 7, how are the application and manageability of the phone be secured?

Yes indeed it is the most secured mobile OS ever made by BlackBerry, it comes by filtering the web traffic thoroughly on the server side and then a lot of security checks built in the OS. In fact every time you turn on the mobile, a security scan is run to make sure there are no malware or un-intended changes to the mobile which could be exposed to breach the phone. There are also a lot of security checks, for example if you sync your BlackBerry with your computer, you can’t sync it with other computers which makes the life of thieves hard and your identity safe.
