Hello Darreno Marcy,

Data transfer of large amount of data can be matter of time taking task but afterwards an easy solution to make any update or editing in the data set to your clients’ needs and demands and avoiding use of complex and unnecessary coding. The job is simply done by the use of forms with an ease of accessing data frequently as many times as required.

Thanks

Randle Steve

Hello,

If you have a large data that you would like to transfer to Microsoft Access 2010, the transfer will take a little bit of time.  However, keep in mind that Microsoft Access 2010 offers database flexibility as it helps the user to add calculated fields to tables and to queries.  It is easy to shape Access database according to your client’s needs and you can easily create table macros and publish your database to the web.

In addition, you can use INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE methods without having to worry about writing any code. By using Microsoft access, you can create continuous forms and these forms are one of the best grid controls.  In fact, you can use these controls to edit data and this operation is not achievable by using a list box.  With Access 2010, continuous forms are proven to have fast performance and could display pictures repeatedly.

You can also download free grid control for access 2010 at Software Informer http://softwaretopic.informer.com/free-grid-control-for-access-2010/

Hope this is useful.  Good luck to you.
