Hardware failure, system failure is a very common problem these days. Ms Access backup will help you to protect the data from this kind of failures. It also protects against data loss or restores any object when undo command is not enough for the mistake. If you want backup for database it’s a very easy process to do, you just have to go through a few options.
At first open the Microsoft Access database which you want a back up then select the Manage menu item from the Microsoft Office button; there you will see the Backup database menu item just click on the option. Now you can choose a location and file name for the backup or you can select the default option which Access suggests.
