I had an error on BCCode on my PC but could not find an appropriate solution for it. I then formatted my computer and the problem went away only for a while. Now it keeps on reappearing and I am thinking that it must be a hardware issue. My PC has Nvidia GeForce GTX 560, Intel Core i7 k875, 8 GB RAM and Windows 7 64 bit ultimate. What could be the issue? How can I solve it?

I thought only the “bccode 3b” error appears on your screen but it turns out that it is really a blue screen error or the famous BSOD. According to Microsoft support, the “BCCode: 3b” error you are receiving is somewhat related to your graphics adapter. Maybe that’s why even after you reformatted your hard drive and reinstalled Windows 7 the error came back.

Since you are using an NVIDIA graphics adapter, visit NVIDIA Driver Downloads to download the latest driver and update your graphics adapter. The reason for the error is caused by excessive use of paged pool. The error happens because the user-mode graphics drivers cross over and passes bad data to the kernel code.
