Avid Media Composer facing problem when trying to capture HD 50 Mbits

I got a fatal error when I tried to capture HD 50 Mbits with Avid Media Composer, anybody with ideas of how this can be solved?

Capture aborted due to error: ‘FATAL_ERROR’.
The media captured at this point may be unusable and/or incomplete.

Hey,

I had a look at your problem and I got a solution. Restart the program, and that should work fine! I give you the surety of it working in Macintosh as I tried it earlier. If it don't works in other OS then let me know! I wish it will help you to find the real solution!

Avid Media Composer facing problem when trying to capture HD 50 Mbits

Hi.

You need to change your settings. It seams that you are allowed to capture only 15 sec of video. Also turn your deck off. That is an known Avid Media bug. Few days ago was an update that fixed this error. Download all updates and update your software. The latest version is 7.0.2 so make sure you have it and as mentioned before, change your setting so you can capture longer videos and larger files.
